Would anybody compile PortableApps Menu in spanish and put here the link?
My bandweight doesn´t so good to download Delphi 2006 only to compile PortableApps Menu.

You just place the .locale file for Spanish renamed to test.locale alongside PortableAppsMenu.exe and *poof* the menu is in Spanish when you start it up.
You can get the text for test.locale in Spanish from here:

Copy that out into Notepad. Save it as a text file. Rename it to test.locale. Place it in your PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu directory.
Full support for multiple languages is coming in the next full release.
