Why is TEncoder Video Converter listed on PortableApps webpage, but cannot be found in the "Get more apps..." menu within PortableApps platform? I've tried several apps sorting methods and none lists the TEncoder. Not even alphabetical (Title) one where I looked for letters starting with "T".
Is this intentional or a glitch?

TEncoder is available in every list. Maybe you should check if it's already installed
It appears on the "Get More Apps…" list for me.
However, as mwayne says, it won't appear on the "Get More Apps…" list if it's already installed (unless you've enabled the "Show installed apps" option on the "Advanced" tab of the Platform's options, in which case it'll be greyed out.).
