I made no changes to my system, yet PA for the most part quit working. I get the popup message ...\PortableAppsPlatform\PortableApps\OperaPortable\App\Appinfo\Launcher\OperaPortable.ini is missing [Launch]:Program executable - what am I to launch?
I verified that the ini file exists and the permissions are good. It contains this:

ProgramExecutable=Opera\36.0.2130.65\opera.exe
WaitForEXE1=opera_crashreporter.exe
CommandLineArguments=--ran-launcher
DirectoryMoveOK=yes
SupportsUNC=yes
...
I uninstalled and reinstalled Opera and got the very same problem.
I tried installing the IronPortable browser (new for me) and got the very same problem.
I tried running my existing PhotoFiltre app that I used just a few days ago and got the same problem. Same with PicPick. Nik2Edit is OK. GIMP same error.

I saw that the PA Help menu has a disk check option. I ran that and saw some problems. After rebooting w/ a chkdsk /f turned on, I am now able to run my PA apps.
