Theme Engine?

I don't pretend to know anything about programming, but I know I like the PortableApps Menu. I also know I'd like to see the skinning enhanced. I'll get to the point...

Would that allow png support for PAM? Serious question, I really have no idea.

SXSkinComponents uses a

SXSkinComponents uses a license ("SXSkinComponents source code can be freely distributed by anyone but with no modifications made.") incompatible with GPL.
