Process Monitor throws error when loading help

Sysinternal's Process Monitor throws an "Unable to open help file" error when trying to access the help.

The CHM file is included, so something else is borked.

App Itself

It's an issue with the current version of the app itself and nothing to do with our packaging. I downloaded the raw ZIP and ran it to verify. You'll need to launch the help CHM manually.

No thoughts. It's just a bug in the app due to an issue with the publisher. Nothing we can affect in any way.
