Sysinternal's Process Monitor throws an "Unable to open help file" error when trying to access the help.
The CHM file is included, so something else is borked.

It's an issue with the current version of the app itself and nothing to do with our packaging. I downloaded the raw ZIP and ran it to verify. You'll need to launch the help CHM manually.
