This is pretty cool. Learned of it on a Linux podcast but they do have a Windows zip file which doesn't require install to run nore does it require .Net. I think it has potential for portablization

We have Keepass which is the

We have Keepass which is the very much older kdb file format. kdbx in Keepass2 is a lot more functional and secure. kdbx has been around for probably 10 years but since Keepass2 - the application- requires .Net PortableApps wouldn't support it. KeeWeb doesn't require .Net and is even already wrapped up in a portable app. I have it running on my PortableApp install right now.

And actually the kdbx version is currently kdbx4. There's inherent weaknesses in the 15 year old kdb format. The EU just funded an audit of KeePass- I don't know why I'd stay on it's oldest, weakest database file format.
