Request: Create Portable Offline Help File for PortableApps LibreOffice Portable

As it stands just now PortableApps LibreOffice Portable does not include an offline Help file for it. If using LibreOffice Portable and you select Help then the browser opens and you are shown online help webpage. Problem with this is, no internet connection, then no LibreOffice help.

Really there needs to be a separate project with people that can for all the languages available:

Pack the LibreOffice Help files into PortableApps formats.
(b) Have those PortableApps LibreOffice Help Files integrate properly into the already 'installed' LibreOffice Portable.

I would suspect that this should be, in the first instance, for the English Help files. Once that is managed, and the route of how to do this is clear to the developers, then packing the help files for other languages should be fairly straightforward.

I can't for the life of me understand why PortableApps hasn't done this to date.
