As LibreOffice v5.2.1 standard version, presents problems with the configuration of the GUI lang.
I configured to Spanish lang in the GUI option, LibreOffice restarts well showing that lang but, if you closes the app completely and reopen it, you will see the English lang.
It could be a problem in the lang setting save in the file?

If you're using it with the PA.c Platform you will need to disable automatic language switching due to a bug. Automatic language switching in LibreOffice will be dropped in the next release.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
