Hi. How about make some OS portable, like Ubuntu Mate, ReactOS, and so on? Of course, that would not be an app, but there could be a way to automatically boot them up once you run them...

The website www.pendrivelinux.com has a lot of information and tools for running a Linux distro from a flash drive. One of their tools, YUMI, is available for portableapps.com I'm fairly certain you could not automatically boot through the menu. On most computers, you have to change a BIOS setting to boot from a flash drive.
That already exists. Its called a Live LinuxCD/ Flashdrive.
