I have a similar issue: can't install Firefox Dev Edition on Windows 10 and 7, different Networks, tried on two different days. Always aborts installer, giving me a 404...
Bad Link in Installer?
The original package was downloading 51 and then upgrading to 52 with the internal updater. Once 51 was removed from Mozilla's servers, the downloads failed. This issue is fixed in 52 Rev 2. Apologies for the inconvenience.
