Bandwidth monitoring tools?

Hi all!
Just wanted to ask if anybody uses any (freeware?) bandwidth monitoring tools?
At home I like Bandwidth Monitor Pro

some friends use DU meter
http://www.hageltech.com/dumeter/
Don't know for sure if they are portable'able Smile but any other alternatives would be nice to know!

I use a Fx extension damn
