Money manager ex

Has anyone had problems with the Money manager ex app. I have been using it for a couple of years with no problem.

The latest update crashed the whole app.

I loaded a new platform to a fresh USB stick and installed the app and when it is opened I get a fatal error.

Exact Error

As mentioned at the top: "include system details (OS version, 32 vs 64-bit, install path, new vs upgrade, etc)." We also need the exact error message.

Thanks for reply

Thank John. I am using windows 7 enterprise 64 bit with service pack 1. I downloaded MMX to my USB stick and ran it from there. First tried upgrade. Then tried a new install on another blank USB stick. Both failed and immediately gave multiple error screens. It comes up with Fatal Error and then goes to a debug report box for MMX but is locked up and wont let me fill anything in. Have tried several times with same results. Thanks for your help.

exact error, run directly

I'll need the exact error. You can hit ctrl-c when a message box is up to copy it.

Also please try running the base app directly.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Sorry I have not got back to you yet but I have been away. I do appreciate your help as I do want to get the update. I have done the screen shot as requested but not sure how to attach it or send it to you.
In the screen shot it refers to a debug report being generated in a temp folder which I have tried to find and it does not seem to exist.
Kind regards.
