Having a couple of issues with v53.02rev2 ...
1. Lastpass plugin now prompts for the MFA token value every time the browsers started. This is even if the tick box to remember for 30days is clicked. This was working in the previous release from here.
2. After a couple of hours of usage it just loses connectivity and refuses to connect to anything any more. It has the box ticked to use an automatically provided proxy (corporate environment other browsers working fine) but it seems to forget this after a couple of hours. Restart and it works again.

There are no changes in our portablization code from previous releases in about the last 2 years. Any changes affecting proxy or extension configuration would be internal to Firefox itself.
