I am facing with my external hard drive, the drive is appearing in the system but don’t gave access over it. Can anyone please help me out from this problematic situation?

Thanks for the help.
The drive is not formatted, only I am not able to access it. The drive is visible in the computer but when I try to access it, I receive an error message of the invalid drive. However, i have extracted my data from the drive with the help of Stellar Windows data recovery software but still, the drive is inaccessible. Don't how I can get access to it.
not formated drive can not be accessed, you have to format it first.
But I think your drive is formated, otherwise you can not have any data on it. It might be that the file system is corrupt.
If the data recovery software was able to find data, then there is still some rest of file system existing.
So let us know what file system you have on it, is it FAT, FAT32 or NTFS or some other file system?
How big is the drive?
Did you try to run some check disk on it?
If the data is rescued, you may now well reformat the drive with file system suitable for you.
