[Fixed] Dspeech error

Since

DSpeech Text-to-speech on demand 3 MB Accessibility - DSpeech 3 MB

has been added to the platform, I'm trying to install but always get the error "The downloaded copy of DSpeech is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete.
"
The download seems to be a 2-step download, but the size of both is identical (which normally never is)

Are download-errors (like this one or redirection errors) which occur at user-side not returned to portableapps ?
I'm asking because I have since months redirection errors on

DB Browser for SQLite 3.9.1 15 MB Development - Database manager
Skype via sPortable 7.38.0.101 44 MB Internet - Instant messenger & phone

Almost a year ago I had the same with LibreOffice, but after months that solved itself

RE: Dspeech error

Have you tried manually downloading the apps? If not, please try that as it will help to see if it is a user end problem, a database problem, or a download server problem.

Antivirus / Software Firewall

The copy on our servers is the correct one with an MD5 of 380ade3e0875d0bd25828b7191c12c77. Downloads work without issue. There are no problems on our end server-wise.

It is likely your antivirus or software firewall. If you're using an antivirus like TrendMicro, it has an error in its current antivirus setup where it detects it as a false positive. So, it's preventing download. You'll need to report it to them to get them to fix it. They're not very responsive and their reporting method for false positives is awful.

If you're using Bkav or Rising, they have false positives on just about everything under the sun and should never be used by anyone.

That's It

Ah, that's it. Sorry for the derp on my part. I completely forgot to check the platform and test it. It's working now as it should.
