PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format
TeamViewer Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

Installer missing from SourceForge?
When I click on the download link I keep getting the “blocked” page, but I do not have any scripts operating that would give that results.
Finally I went directly to https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/ and I do not see the most recent version of TeamViewer listed. Perhaps the installer program upload did not happen?
Update: I have now run across this with FastStone Viewer and several other recent updated PortableApps, but not with Audacity, Telegram, or McAfee Stinger.
Both TeamViewer and FastStone
Both TeamViewer and FastStone (and likely the other apps you are seeing it with) are freeware so can't be released via Sourceforge (which only allows open source software). While Stinger is also freeware, it is an online installer so can be released on Sourceforge because it does not bundle any non-OS parts within the package.
Any packages that do bundle non-OS software are released via our own CDN, not Sourceforge.

My bad
False alarm here. I was using K-Meleon, which has only the default plug-ins, but which evidently hides my referrer? When I click on the above link from the TeamViewer PA home page for the latest version download I get “No referer / hidden”. (From this page, however, I get https://portableapps.com/comment/reply/56593/232958).
Bottom line is that when I attempted the latest download using Firefox, where I have all kinds of privacy enhancing plugins, it went fine.
Sorry for the bother.
