General 2 Questions

Hello,
Have 2 questions:
1.Installed some apps on a small usb stick,
now it became too crowded, can I just copy to a larger one,
or have to install each one from the start ?
2.Link to "Faststone Viewer 6.4 portable" directs to a "page not found".
Answers will be appreciated.
