[Fixed] MediaInfo Portable may easily leave shell integration leftovers

As stated by rganny here, my current MediaInfo package seems to display the first run dialogue. This should not happen as the shell integration boxes are ticked by default on a new install or users could inadvertently tick them on an update.
MediaInfo would clean up the mess itself if one unticks these options, or the launcher takes care of that, but only during a second run.
I found my mistake (overlooked to update the MediaInfo.cfg in DefaultData) and some more to fix. I'm going to build a 2nd revision soon.
