Did you try the directions listed on their site and also having jPortable installed to the proper location so LibreOffice Portable has access to Java as required by the extension?

hmm (OK just 10 minutes after getting up and at the first coffee) and I can't find the directions listed on their site. My first try was in a VM and it did not work and my next step was to look for a "how to" and after finding nothing I started here
When you click the LibreOffice extension download on their site, the directions popped up. Odd they don't otherwise show.
