Is it ipossible to launch the "Desktop Firefox" and Portable Firefox (52.2.0) in the same time?
If I start "Desktop Firefox" then I start Portable Firefox I get an error message pop up:
"Another instance of Firefox is already running. Please close other instances of Firefox before launching Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition"
Is there a solution?

This is by design by Mozilla. You can do it with the -no-remote option which we have built into the launcher (open Help.html and click the readme link) but this will leave things behind and break the ability to open another instance of the same Firefox or open links/html files.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
