Skype Preview is the Windows store variant of Skype. It's only for use via the locked down Windows Store on each PC you install it on.

i dont have store , im usin win10 ltsb where store aint exist , i just downloaded installer , should i post it?
I thought you were referring to the Windows App Store version which is pre-installed on Windows 10 PCs called Skype Preview. There's a second Skype Preview which is really the Insider beta test build available as well here: https://www.skype.com/en/insider/
We don't generally publish beta versions of apps, only specific apps where we work with the publisher to assist with testing. That would not be the case with this app.
