In video preferences I set DirectX to display 2, but it always starts on my 1st display. Even bothered to update from 2.1.5 to the newest version, but no luck.

Well, something there finally worked, so thanks! I think it finally seemed to kick in when I closed the window in restored window mode as opposed to FS.
