Alternatively Is it possible to build signal app or run it on ungoogled chrome since the app is based on chrome?
As discussed in another topic, there is no Signal app for Windows. At least not a native one. The downloadable app is an Electron app, meaning it's a full copy of Chromium with the Signal Chrome app built in. So, you might as well just use Chrome Portable and Signal, anyway.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Thank you for advice regarding signal app. But are there any browsers that's stripped of every google ties (kinda like https://github.com/Eloston/ungoogled-chromium) that's portable and still be used to run chrome based apps?
Chrome Apps are running out and with them the only way to use Signal Messenger without installation.
A portable version of Signal Messenger is currently low priority for the Signal team.
