ClamWin False Positives

ClamAV has frequent false positives with Windows apps. Here's a scan of Gramps Portable to confirm: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/4e512cc0eecd56ac321ab574aaf4ddf6b99364...

Which scan should i believe then?

I used to believe Clamwin scan and thought it wouldn't show false positives.Thank you for clarification though.

Always Verify

No matter what antivirus scanner you use, you will run into false positives. You can use something like VirusTotal or MetaDefender online to verify. ClamAV has more issues with false positives on Windows as it is more Linux-centric. They are pretty responsive in dealing with false positive reports, though.
