How can the \PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Data\profile\browserstate-logs files be automatically deleted, or prevented from being saved in the first place? My drive had about 600 MB of these files on it from just three or four days. The 600 MB filled my 2 GB drive to capacity and I was worried about data loss since there was NO room left on the drive!

I've never seen a file like that within Firefox. Did you install some sort of extension that is generating them? What are the actual file names? I don't think it's a normal part of Firefox.

They are from Google Browser Sync....
I think you can delete them all except newest one.
Try Foxmarks if you want an alternative to GBS...
