If something does leave things like this behind, we don't allow it into the directory. If you ever discover one of our apps does leave something behind, report it as a bug and it will be addressed.
Side note: We don't use the term "stealth" here as it's inaccurate. Every app you run leaves traces that you can't delete without admin rights due to the way Windows itself works and the nature of a local network and network monitoring. Anyone claiming that a given portable app is fully stealth or leaves no traces either doesn't know how Windows and networking works or is lying.
