If this forum isn't used where do we go for things that have no forum/support? Google Chrome for instance is not a choice in App Specific or Internet forums. My Original reason to post, Google Chrome right now version 67.0.3396.87 says it is 42MB Download 154MB Installed, but I download using the PA Banner which takes me to Sourceforge, after downloading it says it is 1.6MB, why is that ? I expect the full 42MB.

As Google Chrome is an internet app, you use the Internet Apps forum, as you would with all other internet apps that don't have their own forum. The Other Apps (Deprecated) forum is a deprecated forum (" This forum is no longer used ") from before we had forums broken out by app type.
Google Chrome Portable is a live installer as it has been since it was introduced over 9 years ago. This is stated on the app's homepage: "This is an online installer that will download Google Chrome during setup" It is illegal to repackage and redistribute Google Chrome, so if you do see a full package of Google Chrome made portable somewhere else, it's likely it has some extra nasties in it.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Nice, I am trying Chrome for the first time. And I never have, never will use or look for any other portable apps or places them.
