Either Gaim or Miranda both support the same networks as Trillian and Google Talk. And they're already available in portable incarnations. And they're free and open source.

To clarify, AFAIK Google Talk is the only client that supports GTalk's voice chat... but I was about to say the same about Gaim
Google Talk is the only one that supports Google's voice chat. Same with MSN and it's voice chat. Same with Yahoo and it's voice chat. Noticing a pattern? They each use their own proprietary setup for voice chat. So, you're stuck using each individual client.
Though there was/is some work being done in Gaim to enable that to a certain extent.

If you have access to a U3 drive, you can extract the U3 version and use it on a standard usb drive.
