At the moment they are downloaded to TEMP and deleted after use. Please may this old request (in Upcoming Features Confirmed Coming In An Upcoming Release) rise to the surface so we can ensure we have the previous version of any failing current release?
Why cluttering the forum with another redundant topic when you could have replied to the existing bug and feature tracker: https://portableapps.com/node/28593 ? 
I know the search function is not the best here, but is does not get better when it picks up additional topics with no information on that...
Can a mod move it please?
"the search function is not the best" is an understatement, the fact that hits aren't sorted by newest first and one sees hits many years old is a major problem
That's a real problem,you're absolutely right.
I don't know, if that's a general problem of drupal or if it's a configuration thing.
