ccPortable is not downloadable from the platform.
I had to download it from this site.
CCleaner v5.45 has Active Monitoring that makes it act like malware, calling home with information, making itself autostart with windows (no matter how many times you remove it from autostart) and you can't really disable it.
I uninstalled it for that reason and i'm hoping the portable version doesn't do that.

I just installed ccPortable 5.45.6611 via the Platform without issue here. Note that you must be able to download from Piriform to be able to install. Many corporate firewalls will block it.

The download for ccPortable is v5.44.6575 on PortableApps.com which crashes everytime I try to run it. Others indicate a newer version is available, but it's not available on PortableApps or Piriform. Where can I get the most current (or stable past) version of CCleaner portable?
The publisher pulled version 5.45 due to privacy issues and reverted to 5.44. We did the same. You're using the current version available from the publisher.
