I'm curious about this too. Sourceforge software is usually free and open source, for commercial and non-commercial use, so I would guess these are free for commercial use.
My question is whether these are already installed in LibreOffice or PortableApps? In other words, is it worthwhile for a user to download and install them?

The fonts in the libreoffice_ packages are the ones included with LibreOffice. They are open source licensed. The fonts themselves generally include license details within them.
