As a languages teacher, I constantly use this application to quickly write the special characters of languages.
I notice that an update took place this summer: http://utilfr42.free.fr/util/Clavier.php?sLang=en
Is it not possible to put it back on PortableApps?

We've never released an official version of Clavier+ Portable on PortableApps.com. You may have downloaded an unofficial dev test someone posted in our forums, though.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I admit that I do not remember. Sorry !
This software is licensed under the GPLv3 license. Perhaps you could consider including it now, right?
