Creating portable app NON-EXE

Seriously, I am tired of Cameyo, ThinApp, Evalaze and other sh**** one-exe "portable apps" which, IMHO aren't any kind of portable since portability means also having the chance of customization or fixxing with simple steps...

Listen, I was using JauntePE so long and so far okay enough BUT there are programs/games/... who somehow read or write something I don't know where and if this isn't available, because JauntePE doesn't monitor or do pre- and post-scan and then, everything goes wrong...

Also if I have to copy whole folders from regedit with a s***load of registry... well, copy with typing... this isn't fun...

And yes, I know, Portable Apps can do A B C ... X Y Z Ä Ö Ü but does it monitor?
Nope, it doesn't and every time I search for something, SOB Google looks up for the wrong results...

Guessing people want everything being easy A F without knowing the benefits of freedom..

And yes, I am kinda mad since I'm stuck with this problem over half a year...

That's interesting. What kind

That's interesting. What kind of monitoring you want to have? Software like ThinApp, BoxedApp etc. are quite old...

Do you mean monitoring file and registry activity to locate, e.g., reg keys that the app can't read?

Well on the one side I'd like

Well on the one side I'd like to monitor changes that has been made after installing a software, which all of them do greatly
BUT
I also would like to portableize already installed software so I kinda have to monitor their access for a while to be sure, what I have to import

And here is the problem, I need to have full access to the files like in Portable Apps for adding or fixxing issues...

But most of the software compacts them into one EXE file which is useless and I can't make changes on-the-fly
