We have a second profile app ready to go that allows you to add one or more profiles for each app. Here's a link to Firefox's:

These are in the PortableApps.com Directory in the platform if you enable Show Advanced Apps. If you follow the naming conventions in the linked topic, the platform will even automatically update all copies for you.
