I'm a little surprised about a new yellow icon. It appears in the main menu above the writing "PortableApps.com" and consists of three yellow semicircles with a vertical line (like a multi-armed candlestick).

What does this mean? When you click on it it disappears!
I also can't say exactly since when this appears. I only noticed this now after the update to V16.

That area has multiple ornaments that appear throughout the year for various holidays. Today it's a menorah for the final day of Hanukkah. On October 31st, you would have seen a witch's hat. For those who dislike seeing it, you can click it and it goes away.
