PortableApps.com had Stellarium already. But I found Stellarium(classic version) in its website (https://github.com/Stellarium/stellarium/releases stellarium-0.18.3.1-classic-win32.exe). This version for Windows XP(32bit). I Installed it and it really works on Windows XP SP3.
Maybe PortableApps.com could add this version to portable. Thanks a lot.

It's unlikely we'll be adding and maintaining variants of apps geared toward Windows XP at this point due to resource issues. The only exception I could foresee would possibly be something critical like a browser. XP is a very small and shrinking percentage of our userbase (around 2%) and the variant of XP used by home users is unsupported and completely insecure.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
