"LibreOffice 6.2.2 Portable MultilingualAll.paf" does not contain all languages. Contains only a few languages (in fact, it is the standard kit with only a few languages in the installation list from the kit window).
Eg., my language, Romanian, is missing in the language list from the installation kit window.
I have updated with this kit and deleted the Romanian language from Libreoffice Portable, by ticking "Remove Extra Language" on installation.
Please re-correct the kit.

It's an installer bug where the installer only shows the standard set of languages. The actual package contains all available languages, so just select that for now instead of the slightly experimental remove extra languages. This won't affect platform users as they get all languages anyway.

Thank you a lot for the response/solution given, but I would like to fix the installation kit for "LibreOffice 6.2.2 Portable MultilingualAll.paf" so I can eliminate the other languages, useless for me, at least.
"LibreOffice 6.2.2 Portable" with all languages takes up too much space on my USB flash memory and loads more time, LibreOffice, having all languages.
I suppose it's not hard for you to fix the kit.
