Probably depends on whether or not a volunteer developer is prepared to pick it up as a project and then maintain it. The PortableApps development guidance is available on the development pages if you want to give it a try. But, given PortableApps normal approach , it's unlikely to be considered suitable for an 'official' release until the app itself it comes out of 'beta' status.

You could just use the standard portable package released by the developer, as you'll have to apply any updates manually. It should be automatically recognised by; and should run directly from, the PortableApps Platform once it is added in the correct location.
