Is it possible to use FF portable plus 2nd profiles from Google Drive? Or will that leave a footprint?

P.S. I've installed the folder on Drive, but it looks like it's not possible to open the .exe file.

If you setup the sync program (https://www.google.com/drive/download/) to copy all changes to your local computer, you should be able to run it from that folder without issue. Any cloud service with a sync tool should work fine. I'm not sure what you mean by leaving a footprint.
