Thank you John, you were correct.
CDexPortable_2.20 is corrupted.
The application cannot be installed. Tried to install with the PortableApps platform (16.0.3) and without: "The downloaded CDex file (http://mirror.cdex.mu/CDex-2.20.exe) is not valid and cannot be installed".
Please fix
The publisher has updated to a new build, and has updated the link to point to the new build which includes a different checksum, so our installer errors as a result.
