Hi,
I checked the forum but didn't see my issue. I have portable apps platform installed on a xSDXC card that I insert into an USB adapter. Over the last week, the Portable Apps platform will not load. I terminated the instance of PA in the Taskmgr and ran the platform installer. Once it was finished I tried it and nothing, any ideas? Thx

Download a fresh copy and install temporarily to your Desktop directory to ensure the platform runs on your system. If it does, it's an issue with the drive or files on the drive. Check it for errors first. Also try another card in the same slot to rule out a hardware issue with the slot itself.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I tried using another copy of a USB drive I have and afterward both worked. I don't know why using one resolves loading issue with another. Using the desktop option isn't an option because the notebook I'm using is a loaner and I don't have full rights to it.
