[Fixed] Updater still can't kill platform for update itself!

When you start the update process, then you haven't any chance to close the platform by the normal way (like click X from the platform).
Because the updater will delete all the file first, and the platform can't load the graphics.
And when you click abort, then you can't run the updater to fix it anymore, you have to download the installer pack again.

THIS IS A VERY OLD BUG!

Processes Bug, Workaround, Fix Coming

It's a processes bug in NSIS. The FindProc plugin fails if around 250+ processes are running under Windows, so the installer doesn't think the platform is running. If you close some apps on your PC (like Chrome) it should auto-update properly. If you have a failed auto-update, download the full platform installer from the Download link on the site and then manually install it to the directory your Start.exe is in. This is what the auto-updater does.

I'm working on a fix for this issue in the next release to prevent this from happening in the future.

PortableApps.com Installer 3.5.13

Please try updating to or installing PortableApps.com Installer 3.5.13 from the app store/updater. It should run in silent mode. Installers not running in silent mode is a related bug to the platform update issue since the installer can't see the platform when ~300+ processes are running. I'll be updating the next platform release with this same code.
