So sometimes my settings and extensions just disappear. All my bookmarks still seem to be here, and my passwords. When I look at my add-ons, all of my extensions say they will be installed when Firefox is restarted, but I've been using them for months so there isn't a reason they shouldn't be installed already.

Either you have a corrupted extensions.rdf (simply close Fx and delete the file (inside your profile folder)), you haven't been using the launcher, or (not that likely) you have a corrupted profile, or a combination of the above. Just go with the first thing; that should take care of it.

No mine do too and the new 2.01 is very slow to work, I using it from a USB HD.
My book marks are there but it seems the exstentions and add on's will not load, there is an error reported next time I'll write it down.
