I just installed portable apps on my flash drive and somehow the flash drive just said Portable Apps. Why does it happen? And why can´t i change it?

When installing PortableApps Platform there is a Autorun.inf in the root of your flash drive (if you have installed it in the E:/ for example) and in this file you can see this:
[Autorun]Icon=PortableApps\PortableApps.com\App\Graphics\usb.ico
Label=PortableApps.com
Just rename the "Label" part and when eject/reconnect your flash drive it will change for a new name.

Easier than this, withe platform open, click on the line that displays the available space in your drive, and type in the new desired name. Upon reinserting the drive, the new name will be used, the same as above.
