For images

The forums don't support image uploading, but you can post somewhere like imgur or a similar image host and link to it in your post.

Installer?

How are you installing it if you're not using the installer? Installing via the PortableApps.com Platform will use the installer automatically. If you're extracting the files out of the installer without running it, that's not supported. For images, you can upload them to IMGUR or a similar service and link them. Pro tip: You can copy the text out of most dialogs in Windows by hitting CTRL-C.

unable to start correctly

• Brand new custom built i9-9900K/Z390
• Windows 10 Pro x64 installed from 1909 OEI DVD

Copied over v5.3.1.2 folder from my old Windows 7 box, got "unable to start correctly." Deleted folder.

Ran LibreOfficePortable_6.4.0_MultilingualStandard.paf.exe. Got "unable to start correctly."

machine issue. different error

This is an issue with your system or software and is unrelated to the error in this thread. It's often due to a misbehaving third party antivirus but can be caused by corrupted system files and other third party software
