Log folder is created in AppData folder. It seems that PotPlayerLauncher is missing some code in it, for example this is how it is supposed to be:
[DirectoriesCleanupIfEmpty]
1=%APPDATA%\Daum\PotPlayer\Log
2=%APPDATA%\Daum\PotPlayer
3=%APPDATA%\Daum
...and this is how it is in the new, updeted version:
[DirectoriesCleanupIfEmpty]
1=%APPDATA\Daum\PotPlayer\Log
2=%APPDATA\Daum\PotPlayer
3=%APPDATA\Daum

The percent sign (%) is missing. I think there must be one after APPDATA, too. I added it and solved the problem...
This is fixed in PotPlayer Portable 1.7.21097 Rev 2
