Chrome

Hey,

I'm currently encountering a problem I didn't have with Firefox (I'm a bit sorry), but Chrome crashes and doesn't record the Google session on the external hard drive, I have several PCs and I need the application fixed as soon as possible, I know you're a volunteer, but I also hope it will improve our experience.

Thanks

You'll need to install the app normally locally to troubleshoot. We don't support Chrome, we only support our portable bits.

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm using your version:

Otherwise, what's the point of registering on your forum?

The only way we can tell if

The only way we can tell if it is something with base Chrome as opposed to our portable bits is for you to try the non-portable version on the same computer.

If they both display the same behaviour on the same computer then it is either a problem with Chrome, which we can't do anything about, or a problem with the computer itself, again which we can't do anything about.

If they display differing behaviour on the same computer then we can look into it.

To answer you, I use the one you offer in 32bit or even 64bit.

To answer, I have a Chrome version of Google and I have two versions of your site, the 32bit and the 64bit, unfortunately it works on the present PC (professional pc) but when I try to open Chrome on my home PC with your version, I get a black screen.

How can I solve the problem?

Install Home

Install the same version and bit depth (32 or 64) of the local version on your home PC to see if that has the same issue. It likely does and it is likely a driver issue.

We don't modify Chrome. We provide a structure for it to run mostly portable in. We support the portable bits but we don't support Chrome.

Ah ok, according to you it's a pilot problem, strange everything is up to date with my Surface. I'll try to download the module you're proposing for the drivers, see what it tells me.

Thanks again, I'll get back to you if I still have difficulties. I hope I contributed to the forum activity Smile

Hi,

Hi,

How can I make the cookies stay on the external hard drive, when I change my PC it is deleted, while with Firefox or other applications I do not have this problem.
