Add ability to modify paths

Would it be possible to add the ability to modify the shortcuts of the following icons on the main menu

Documents
Music
Pictures
Videos
Backup

I run into issues with long paths as I nest a number of folders.
In order to overcome issues, I try to keep folder names short as possible and in the root folder

\DOC
\AUDIO
\IMAGE
\VIDEO

Maybe the options can be added to the PortableAppsMenu.ini file.
I would greatly appreciate this feature.
I enjoy the ability to access my files directly from the menu however it does not fit with my file structure.

I have been using PoratableApps for a number of years and greatly enjoy this concept.
Where i work i can not install applications on my computer.
Having the ability to run them portable is a work around for this issue.
I always have the apps i need available.
