The context menu for «Приложения» of main menu appears on random place of screen (sometimes at opposite side). This bug exists many years.

How are you clicking on it? It should show where the mouse pointer is. Unfortunately, right now, that means it will show in a different location from where you expect if you use the keyboard.

Should I capture changes of screen to *.avi or simply list pressed keys?
I begin from the «Alt+Tab, Tab, …» and finish at «Enter». And starting to find the context menu on ALL screen. Is it wrong?
The context menu will appear where your mouse pointer is. Not where your highlight is in the PA.c Menu. This is a known issue:

Sorry, my mistake. It is popup menu ONLY, not context menu. Terminology mistake. Huge apologies.
Context menu appears near object in «FOCUS» when «context menu key» on keyboard is pressed. Without any rats and skunks.
And I do not know what are «Backup»/«Options». At my current localization I can see «Архивация»/«Приложения»/«Настройки» at main menu.
And I not use localized HOTkeys («Alt+П», «Alt+И», etc), but «urrow up/down» and «Enter» (because frequent switch of keyboard language inconveniently for me).
This bug exist many-many years. Very inconveniently.
Yes, that's the same known issue. It will be fixed, however the timeline for fixing it is currently unknown.
