Google dropped the XP support with Google Chrome 50 so the last one (49.0.2623.112) in Portableapps.comFormat is in the source forge repo (still work as the July 13 of 2019) and you can still download the installer 32 bits version into the Google cache pack (download still work as the July 13 of 2019).

I'd appreciate any information about how to get release of 64-bit version of offline installer of portable version of Chrome, and any other Chromium-based browser, for Windows XP.
So far the closest match is
https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Google%20Chrome%20Po... but it's online installer which means always depend on online source.

It is illegal for us to redistribute/repackage Chrome, so you will only find online installers here.
If you'd like a copy in case Google removes it, you can download the installer that the online installer downloads (check out the installer.ini in App AppInfo to get it) and place it in the same directory as the online installer. It'll always use that and not try to download online as long as the filename and hash match.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
